This packaging was invented by Creative New Food Dream Steam GmbH in Switzerland and needs to be processed with a patented packaging technology concerning the custom-made evaporation valve. SEALPAC has invented a special valve application device for its packaging machines.

A valve is applied automatically into the top film. This is done on the same machine that takes care of the evacuation, gas injection and sealing of the tray. The valve allows heating of the product in a microwave at a high, but controlled pressure. Hence, offering high quality food with a short cooking time.
